Consultant Spotlight - March 2023

How long have you been with miLEAD? 

I joined miLEAD Consulting on March 2022.

What is the focus of your research?

My research focuses on identifying neuronal populations and neural circuitry involved in regulating feeding behaviors.

What are your career goals? 

I am interested in joining the pharmaceutical industry as a medical science liaison or becoming a consultant as a career option.

What roles have you played on projects? 

I was a miLEAD Consultant on two projects and served as a Project Manager.

What led you so seek out milead?

I joined miLEAD Consulting to become exposed to other possibilities outside of an academic setting and to expand my skill set.

Since joining miLEAD, what skills have you been able to develop?

Since joining miLEAD Consulting, I've developed my leadership, project management, and communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment. I've had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects where my work impacted more immediate changes.

What has been one of your most rewarding experiences thus far working with miLEAD? 

My most rewarding experiences at miLEAD Consulting have been working with talented, motivated, like-minded people. As a project manager, I enjoyed working with an enthusiastic and focused team.
